Don't worry! Be happy!

I know you don't want to hear my opinion since I haven't faced mandatory overtime yet...but I have encountered worse in my life and currently, dealing with two family members in critical care and consoling my wife while her father spent several days in a coma after a five by pass heart surgery.

The answer to all problems is right there with you if you simply turn them over to God.  God will give you the tools of knowledge and wisdom to encounter anything that you face on a daily basis.

Proverbs 3:13   Happy is the man that findeth wisdom, and the man that getteth understanding. Pastor Randy Cook states " Wisdom is skillful living in the conditions you find yourself in."  I like that! "Wisdom is skillful living in the conditions you find yourself in."

We naturally are quick to react to situations we find ourselves in and after some thought we find ourselves making an apology. Thats human nature folks...I drop the ball quite often but I know about the Lords saving grace, love and mercy...just ask for forgiveness and repent from your sins dust yourself off and try to do better next time.

I heard a supervisor singing  out this week Welcome to the Jungle! Welcome to the Jungle! and I thought yea, it gets that bad and it gets frustrating...but it don't have to be that way! Management and production must figure out a way to make our working environment better....I have heard people say on both sides of the fence lately, "you know I used to like to come to work here."

I don't have all the answers.... but I will take some suggestions and work towards a better working environment.  I didn't mean to give a spiritual blog today when I sat down...it was just laid on my heart.
